MFA website won the first rank in the "Superiors Contest" as the best government website providing interactional services for 2008

Dr. Natheif celebrated the Superiors Contest for 2008: Objective criteria for achieving equality of opportunities among candidates of public posts

Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmad Natheif, announced the precedence of the State administrative body in applying objective criteria that achieves justice and equality of opportunities on contracted employment basis, provided advertising the vacancy and screening candidates. Application thereof has been initiated and applied on the new teachers. Same methodology shall be applied in the proposed Civil Positions Law that is currently in its final review phase.

Dr. Natheif agreed on increasing the amount of prizes granted to the superiors in the State administrative body from one million pounds to one million and 846 pounds in the next year in order to stimulate the employees, promote their performance, accelerate achievements and encourage government entities that render distinguished services to the people. Dr. Natheif touched upon this in his speech spelled out in the above mentioned celebration held by the Ministry Of State For Administrative Development. HE expressed his pleasure of witnessing superiority of the administrative body that handles two major tasks; rendering services to people and managing the State resources. This is deemed promising as Egypt is assuming its rank as the civilizations maker. HE is looking forward to witness the superiors as majority rather than minority.

HE added that rendering distinguished services is an expected outcome of the President's concern of alleviating burdens incurred by people and considering their interests. HE also expressed his pleasure of Egypt rank in the information technology field; ranked number 28 out of 192 countries in the electronic government program and number 79 in the general indicator of governments technological aptitude in the present year.

Minister Of State For Administrative Development, Dr. Ahmad Darwish, announced the winner's names, where the MFA website won the first rank as the best website, Matrouh Governorate as the second and Cairo as the third. The distributed prizes amount to LE. 100 thousand for the first, LE. 50 thousand for the second and LE. 25 thousand for the third.

Under the auspices of President Hosni Mobarak, Dr. Ahmad Natheif participates in the Superiors Contest organized by the Ministry Of State For Administrative Development


Under the auspices of President Hosni Mobarak and in presence of Dr. Ahmad Natheif, winners of the Superiors Contest for 2008 have been announced. The total prizes distributed to the employees of the winning government entities amounted to LE. 980 thousand. Dr. Ahmad Darwish said that the contest gears to stimulate the employees, honor the superiors, promote their performance, accelerate achievements and encourage government entities that render distinguished services to the people. This involves three major contests; "Superior Website", "superior performer who renders services to the people" and "Superior Manager", as well as the "Continuous Superiority" prize for the past winners.

The Mortgage Finance Authority website won the first rank in this contest.
