People who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply for a Guarantee & Subsidy Fund (GSF) loan.

1. Egyptian Nationality
2. Total annual income less than LE 12,000 for an individual, or less than LE 18,000 for a family.
3. The husband, wife or minor children have not previously received any cooperative housing loan from any Egyptian entity, and no housing unit has been allocated to any of them by any Egyptian government agency.

If these criteria are met, then you are eligible to apply for GSF.
