If you qualify for a loan from the Guarantee & Subsidy Fund (GSF), read this section to learn how to apply.
Assemble the following documents:
- Proof of gross income, both salary and any additional income sources.
- ID document, such as a personal or family identity card.
- Information concerning the housing unit, namely its address, registration information, license, and description.
- Liaison with financing entities.
- Appraisal certificate of the housing unit, provided by a certified appraisal expert.
- Report assigning subsidy to the citizen and notification of the financing entity.
- A completed application form requesting a subsidy to purchase a housing unit.
- A signed fund certification form verifying the information provided as per the form below.
